Prices :

Our prices are shown in Euros, Swiss Francs or US$ according to the country and the payment possibilities.

In Switzerland VAT is included. In all other countries, any taxes or VAT are not included.

According to the countries, transport costs are included in the price of the product. For any other destination, they will be mentioned in the process of ordering.

Delivery :

Our products are delivered from Switzerland.

Delivery time :

All goods are sent out within 5 working days in Switzerland and European countries, when we have received full payment. In all other countries, delivery will be within about 14 working days. Nevertheless we are not responsible for eventual late deliveries. If the customer requires, we can sent by express delivery. All additional costs will be at your expense.

Goods returned :

In case of any defect in our products, during transport or by production, they must be returned within 14 working days. Any claim must be done within 14 days from receiving the goods. All products will be repaired within 5 working days and resent according to our usual delivery time.

Products warranty :

Roll easy: this product has a one year warranty.

Somnofit: in general the product has a life duration of 8 to 15 months which depends on different factors: the general care of the product, the teeth grinding, the acidity in the mouth. That is why it cannot be guaranted for a specific time but only in case of a product defect.
